The “Knaack® Padlock” Launch
Late in 2024, KNAACK® came to PACLOCK with a problem: customers struggled to find a lock that fit their boxes properly, and the options on the market were cheap, insecure, and lacked keying flexibility. Within six months, PACLOCK designed and manufactured a custom padlock that solved those issues. In April 2025, the KNAACK® Padlock officially launched and began shipping inside every KNAACK® box, giving contractors the security and freedom they’d been waiting for.

The launch of the “KNAACK® Padlock” was more than just a product win–it inspired PACLOCK to build and launch a new e-commerce site, giving customers the ability to buy directly from PACLOCK.com for the first time. Customers can still purchase through Amazon or distributors, but now they have another option that makes ordering easier and more direct.
I led the design of our new product pages and worked with our team to build the site’s functionality, including PACLOCK’s unique ELOK™ “Choose Your Own Key Number” feature. With ELOK™, customers can select key ranges based on cylinder technology, ensuring flexibility and consistency across their entire security system.
